EMPLOYMENT PROCESS
PTP functions as an agency and payroll service provider. It is PTP’s responsibility to pay the employee. Every month you will receive an invoice from PTP for the total wages for all your employees in that payroll period. Included in this total is the commission we are charging you for our services. We then pay each employee what they earned after taxes. Hourly rates are based on the specific job, the employee’s experience, and the amount of work hours needed.

Living in Israel for over five years, Elchonon Melber noticed two opposite problematic trends. More and more businesses in the U.S were struggling to find qualified employees, while more and more Americans living in Israel struggled to find suitable employment. In 2018 PTP was founded to solve both of these challenges. By matching up Americans living overseas with U.S businesses in need for quality employees, Elchonon Melber created a win-win situation for all. PTP has grown by leaps and bounds; in just three years it’s been servicing over 25 businesses, some hiring over 15 employees. With the rapid integration of the internet, PTP is the wave of the future!
